Shipping Methods:

  • We currently send our orders using the Royal Mail Tracked delivery service.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased, the shipping method chosen, and the destination address.
  • To determine the exact shipping cost for your order, please proceed to the checkout page and enter your shipping address.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days for domestic orders.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the Royal Mail website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to the UK only. 
  • There are postal restrictions on sending cracker snaps that aren't attached to the cracker. We are currently making further enquiries with the Royal Mail and other postal services to find a suitable option for sending these separately. 

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
